I recently had a fantastic stay in a charming mountain hotel surrounded by breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring that I felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, allowing me to unwind and relax after a long day. The hotel's location, right in the center and close to the ski lifts, was perfect for me as a skiing enthusiast. Additionally, the hotel's own restaurant offered delicious and plentiful meals at a very reasonable price, making it convenient and enjoyable to dine in. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from basic amenities to the option of having a room with a balcony. my experience at this hotel was exceptional and I would highly recommend it.
All was simply perfect, nothing to improve.

The help given to us by the staff was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant and breakfast were both very good.
The 'shower', or lack of, was a disappointment - it was simply a hand held shower within the bath

Location was good.
This hotel is slowly dying. The rooms were in desparate need of refurbishment, and the breakfast was both poor (no hot option, only one meat item, cheese all as pre-wrapped portions, coffee not hot) and overpriced (eur 13).

We loved the central location of the hotel, which made it easy for us to get around this cozy town. The hotel had plenty of amenities, including a spa, billiards, table tennis, and books to borrow. The staff was incredibly helpful and gave us great suggestions for things to do when we couldn't ski due to poor weather conditions.
Couldn't stay longer.

Very friendly helpful staff on reception. Central location. Short walk to cable car up to the mountains. Duplex room perfect for a family of 4.

The spa facilities and the lounge were very good for the price. The bar was also very welcoming.
Very little, though insisting on paying for the stay at the start did cause confusion with billing - I think that they need to work on their paperwork a bit more to make the customer's experience more positive.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and polite
Expensive, especially breakfast. Bed not comfortable and they use disposable sheets instead of cotton! Could not sleep and had to ask for normal sheets. There is a gym but equipment about 50 years old.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of attractions nearby. The room had a good view of the mountains, and the staff suggested some great activities to do in the area.
The room was in a terrible state of repair, and the air conditioning did not work properly. The walls were painted in a horrible color that did not complement the decor at all.

Free use of table tennis table and darts board, also you can pay for pool table, pinball and bar football table, my 12 & 10 year old really liked it. Double room with two extra beds on a mezzanine level, good for family of four. Didn't use spa facilities or restaurants so can't comment.
Parking places (in free public car park) hard to get and 300m away. In the room some anomolies: a piece of plastic ducting left on the carpet, a bare bulb and distinctly unclean looking (and smelling!) pillows. Also the sheets on the beds in the mezzanine didn't look good at all. It was the only hotel left with available rooms when we booked and we could see why. Basically location, reception, facilites and lift fine - bedrooms not so.

Located in the heart of the village, this cozy hotel offers great views of the mountains. The Half-Board option offers well-prepared and tasty meals at a reasonable price. The spacious rooms are clean and comfortable and some offer stunning mountain views.
The bedding quality can be a hit or miss.

The position was more central than expected, absolutely where one would want to be in Font Romeu. Nice tea house adjacent, shops, and just a short walk to the cable-car & Tourist Office. The hotel's multilingual staff were most welcoming, and in all respects the hotel was better than the photos and description had led us to expect, which is not usually the case. Pleasant Spa facilities, sauna, gym, comfortable lounge with central open fire, an excellent restaurant (two, actually) with some of the best food we have tasted. The room had a pretty balcony with stunning mountain views (one advantage of the 4th floor, there are lifts of course)..We will certainly stay here again, it's a great centre for skiing or summer exploration.
